College Football Playoff | Playoff Fan Central Retail Experience

Next Play partnered with Legends Global Merchandise to design and build the retail experience for the College Football Playoff Fan Central at the Miami Beach Convention Center. Playoff Fan Central welcomed thousands of fans across three days for an interactive celebration of college football leading up to the National Championship. The free, family-friendly event featured games, clinics, pep rallies, autograph signings, exhibits, and a fully integrated retail experience. The directive was clear: move away from a traditional "vendor row" feel and create a retail environment that matched the scale, energy, and prestige of the College Football Playoff.

This project highlights how experiential retail, strategic design, and custom merchandise production can work together to transform a store into a fully immersive extension of the event itself.
